I wouldn't mine having a high-efficiency HRV.
But, my wife wouldn't like it, unless it had a cold air mode.
With her, the words 'Fresh air' is code for 'Ice Cold air'.

Except of course during the summer time. Then, I get questions like,
"How low did you set that thing"??
