Now that it is warming up and I know we have made it through the winter without using any natural gas heat.

Using the mini splits in the summer allowed us to carryover a good bit of solar power to the winter to heat with.

We only used our mini splits to heat with this winter. If I compare this to a year we used only natural gas to heat with we saved $725.

The reason we were able to save so much is we completely covered our power last year with solar power.

The mini splits really shine in the summer. They are a lot cheaper to run than my 4ton AC unit.

This allows me to push the unused power to the winter. It is nice when a plan works out. We love the heat they put out.

We really did not conserve heat was set 72-74. Summer AC was set as cool as we wanted.
