Hey everyone!
Well after eating microwave noodles and living with my parents for almost a year straight (not to mention getting rid of my car back in June), I finally raised enough for the down-payment to buy a home in my city and signed my life away just a few days ago. I move into my first home (a
row-house condo near the university) on March 7th and discover what home-ownership is all about.
Anyways, as with my previous cars, I plan to make my home energy efficient and save money. Hope to learn lots from everyone else here
