I read that you can get an electric Ariens for much the same money that you have in your conversion, imo there is no comparison. Because you have built the conversion yourself, you are familiar with each component, and have a really good understanding of each part and its limitations, you sourced or built everything so repair and maintenance is going to be a snap (if required).
