I looked at the product. The specs seem OK for the price.

I have worked with a Sensiron SHT-15 temperature/humidity measurement chip.

I bought a thing called "Mold Alert", which is really accurate, it may have the SHT-15 inside.

I also built an Arduino temp/humidity measurement hack device, which uses the Sensiron SHT-15 and both of the devices pretty much track temp and humidity like they were twins.

If you breathe on one of them, it drifts off, but otherwise, I am amazed.
