Also I just checked the water temp in the pond again, it has dropped to 48F........ That doesn't make much sense to me. Right now I have a general 2 wire aquarium thermometer running 170 feet into the pond. Something tells me that the long long wire is cause some issues. I will finish building the one wire arduino and test again.
But that did have me thinking, what temp is too low? I was thinking anything over 40F and more water flow could heat the house pretty good.
