Water Heater Rental - $9.71
Property Tax - $371.02
Mortgage P+I - $696.98

Total January '19 Housing Costs: $1,893.53

Rent collection from 3 housemates: $1,990.00

Month Profit: $96.47

Struggling to rent out the rooms this month. I'm just chalking it up to a very cold winter here in Regina; the view count on my room rental ads are low & there's quite a bit of supply on the market causing downward pressure on prices (some university students are desperate - I'm seeing some rooms offered for just $300/month! Hardly worth living with another human if you ask me). Still not in panic mode but obviously 3/5 rooms rented isn't sustainable. I'm now actively trying to rent out all 5 bedrooms (instead of just 4).
