Hi,
There are a few pumps that will do 20 ft vertical head on startup.

The Taco 009 is one -- I think the Grundfos 58-15 on the number 1 speed will also do it -- both good solid pumps. I use two fo the Grundfos 58-15's -- they are so quiet you have to touch them to see if they are running.

I take that back on the 58-15 -- its just a bit short of what you need.
