No solar to date. We started with the assumption that the biggest bang for our buck was in sealing up our house, insulating a bit better and putting in better thermostats. I would say we have done pretty well. Now, our house is up for sale, so there won't be any solar done until our next house (which may be a while). With the results of your system, I can definitely see advantages to having some sort of backup!
