That is what kills me they need so much solar by law but they still are not pro solar.
Instead of giving rebates to increase solar they are going to install their own solar on people’s property and give you a little money for using your property to install their solar.

Here is mine they just raised the service fee $1 so this bill is showing just part of that raise.
Our rates went up about 5% but the service fee went up more than that.

It sounds like you have a good electric coop.
