So, you plan to pump cold outdoor air, underground,
where it will be warmed up to 5C (41F) and fed back up,
into the air intake of the 12RLS??

Unless you have a very active (and high) water table, it seems like the soil
around those tubes is going to get mighty cold. Pretty quick.
Please give us some more details about this system..
