Is it rain rights they are really after ? the rain is for sale if that's the case, Step right up bring your money and buy the RAIN rights to the country.. I am astonished at the idiocy of government employees and elected officials , its criminal and disgusting... next will be the air ! If the countrymen are so disconnected to their loss of freedom and rain water that the air they breath will be next or sure COULD be with the current direction of the country.
