I don't know if I would try to repurpose something like that.
The heat rejection side is likely engineered around a lower temperature heat rejection.
The heat rejection side is probably intended to run well under 100F. To make an effective in floor heat system you would probably want to run 120 to 140F. The heat pump may not be able to move heat very well with that high of a temperature differential.
I use a little 6,000btu heat pump for my hot water and it was designed to deal with high differential temperatures.
