no real snow here this year yet! just a freak ice storm snowtober on oct 31st? wtf?

in providence its supposed to snow in the winter, we usually get 2 or 3 big storms and a bunch of little snowfalls each year

36 inches of snow a year at least.. this year

by the way that was 16 inches in one day in some areas i think
