Default Solar Systems in B.C. Book for download

One of my current projects is to get a solar hot water preheating system going. A couple of years back I found a book at one of those giant used book sales at the malls. It's Called Solar Systems in B.C. It was written in 1979 but is 100 pages of very well documented step by step how to build a system at home. Thanks to the 80's and 90's being the era of cheap oil It's still pretty close to the state of the art for home built systems. In the front is says it can be reproduced so long as credit is given to BC Hydro so I scanned it to share with builditsolar. I figure it may be of interest here as well so here are 3 links.

The complete 100 page full sized book (93 meg)

compressed to 1/2 size but still very clear and split in half

The only really obvious issue is their calculations at the back are based on 1979 pricing and although they add a note that payback should be reviewed if prices change I don't think they expected prices to triple for electric. Hell I paid more then the cover price at the used sale.
