Bitcoin doesn't use very much bandwidth at all. Some altcoins are bandwidth intensive, but I haven't seen one that would significantly slow down anything that could be called decent Internet...

Use a DD-WRT wireless router and save the cost of letting them supply the wireless. (Or is it mobile internet?)
Also look at DSL since it might be cheaper.
