But if you include the bathroom area, which is open to the master, then the larger unit might be needed. Have to do some measuring!...

I was thinking the Sanyo 2 ton unit would be more than enough to cool the master bedroom & bath. Most likely I'll breakdown and get the software to do a heat load calculation. Maybe I'll get lucky...
