Try to keep the manifold as close to the ceiling...
Try to keep the manifold as close to the ceiling as possible (aids in getting air out) and there should be a ball valve on at least the return of each loop, both is better.

There is no problem having a 5" centre run and having a 180 bend a bit wider. It's done all the time.

Depends on the length of each loop. @250ft length the typical temp drop will be about 20F. In your case that is probably not an issue as I think each loop is half that.

yes, 200' is a single loop length. any number in parallel only increases the flow rate needed, not the head loss so you are good.
i still think that the 1/2" tubing and no 1/4" foam is better...
