Quick update...

Our little test with these philips bulbs has been great. Love the light quality and now that a couple other bulbs have blown out, I've been picking up more of them - only pull 8 watts.

Update. Finished first steps of project. Garage is done. Insulation seems to be working so far so good, although I guess the real test will be this winter, summers I'm not really worried about.
