They are both made by General Electric, yellow one in 1970
The other one was re branded for New Idea, made in 1974

Thanks aside from transaxle oil, grease fittings and tire pressure, the most important thing is to ALWAYS keep the batteries charged up, if not using the tractor for a month plug in the charger and top them up.
