Another Solar Tracker
Hi
This was going to be a picture of my two 2.5Kw Grid Connect two axis trackers in the afternoon sun but I haven't enough posts to be able to post an image or link. Please bear with me. |
The panels and the inverter were sourced directly from China.
|
There are ten 250 watt panels on each unit.
|
The inverter is 5Kw capacity.
|
Hopefully, my next post will show the picture!
|
Thank you for your patience!

Hi Bosco,
Do the panels and frames turn automatically? How did you make your center pivot? Nice work BTW. |
Welcome to the site.
That is an interesting setup. Definitely tell us more about it. |
That kinda looks like a very large TV rotor in the center..
Reminds me of a very large Ham radio EME VHF antenna I saw somewhere years ago. (In Texas I think).. Two questions: Why is there a big off-set gap between the two rolls? How do you handle the seasonal declination changes? |
Offset
My guess is most likely they are offset so one doesnt shade the other Xringer.
This guy has a very interesting concept |
