EcoRenovation wish list

The Christmas season is quickly approaching with only Thanksgiving in the way. I know I have tons of things I'd like (probably won't get any of them haha). So, whats on your wish list for this Christmas? Don't feel you need to be all that realistic either, its a wish list!

Here are mine:
1) On demand gas water heater - My current water heater is 13 years old and showing signs of its age. Its almost time for a new one, and I'd love to have it ready to go when the old one goes. I been looking at the Rinnai models. They seem to be good stuff.
2) Drain water heat recovery system - This I'll probably end up building eventually, but who can say no to 30-50% heat recovery? Sign me up!
3) Solar hot water setup - I'd like a system that can provide for almost my entire hot water usage, and provide a descent amount of heat for the home. This also ties into the next wish list item.
4) Hydronic heated floors - The sunroom in my house already has this, and my living room really needs a new floor put in. I'd also like to run this upstairs.
5) Time! - This should probably be number one. I just want time to get these things done. I enjoy doing the work myself. :)
