May was good for my 12.7 kW STC system.
2170 kWhrs Used 2070 kWhrs and banked 100 kWhrs. Steve |
12.5 kW array we generated 1,823 kWh June 2017. This was the lowest June we have had.
We made 141 more kWh than we used. My oldest son is learning to drive in the Volt so we charged the car more this month than normal. June 2017= 1,823 kWh June 2016= 1,952 kWh June 2015= 1,994 kWh June 2014= 1,995 kWh Highest one day June 2017 = 77.4 kWhs We have banked 886 kWh for the winter. Our system lifetime production is 79.1 MWh Other solar producers show us your numbers for June when you have them. |
My 4.4kW array
Apparently 2017 was rainy... June 2017 = 458kWh June 2016 = 541kWh June 2015 = 588kWh My electric bill was $74.66 for 701kWh delivered. (I never bank any kWh forward). My system lifetime production is 23.6MWh |
June was an good month with production from a 12.7 kW array being 2144 kWhrs. May was a bit higher with 2170 kWhrs.
No electric bill for those months (and July as well). Am really looking at a Bolt and adding another sixteen 270 W panels to my forty eight panel existing system. That should add enough juice for my future EV driving needs. Steve |
We now have 71,793 solar powered EV miles on our Chevy Volt. Even with gas prices low the savings really adds up.
You cannot get much cleaner driving than EV and solar power. |

This is my power cost for the last two years $100.88. This includes power to charge my Chevy Volt 36,000 EV miles during this time.
This is an export form my power Company. we can not off set the meter charge but they pay us wholesale for our extra power once a year. http://ecorenovator.org/forum/attach...1&d=1501089477 |
12.5 kW array we generated 2,049 kWh July 2017. This was the first month this year that was over 2 MWh
We made 444 more kWh than we used. July 2017= 2,049 kWh July 2016= 2,044 kWh July 2015= 1,896 kWh July 2014= 1,981 kWh Highest one day July 2017 = 79.1 kWhs We have banked 1,330 kWh for the winter. Our system lifetime production is 81.1 MWh Other solar producers show us your numbers for July when you have them. |
My 4.4kW array:
July 2017 = 558kWh July 2016 = 607kWh July 2015 = 546kWh July 2014 = 475kWh Today officially marks the anniversary of 4 years with an on-grid PV system. To date, I've generated 24.1MWh total. |
I'll be getting my system online this month as soon as my power provider installs the net meter, so soon I'll have production stats for my 6.38 kW system in Utah.
