Our Volt now has 2,000 miles on it 1,740 are EV 87% EV so far.

My volt has blacked out bowties. (front and back)
My wife wanted to know if we could get a blacked out a steering wheel bowtie.

Yesterday my wife hit something on the road another car was coming the other way so she could not miss it. It destroyed the sidewall on the tire. She called me to help and I got a test from onstar letting me know the tire was very low.
No one had the OEM tire in stock so I just bought a temp tire until I can get a OEM one.
I need to pick up a spare tire I had one for my old Volt but they changed bolt pattern.

Today was the first time we put gas in our car since we bought it.
2,400 miles and it took 6.9 gallons. If you just take into account the gas miles only we got 42 mpg on gas alone.

We are at 87% EV use. We are enjoying this car and my wife still loves it.

I wanted to play movies on my Volt's main myLink screen.
Audio through the speaker system.
Here is a way to do it.

I don’t care about playing YouTube videos in my car but it now plays local movies.
I have a bunch of movies on my phone mp4 format. Now I can finally play them in my car on the screen.
We wait at track meets for hours for one event this well be great to watch a movie while we wait.
This video shows you how. I just wish I could get to my SD card I have a 200 Gig card with movies on it.

Volt 2,527 EV miles 402 gas miles. Just under 10 gallons of gas. 86% EV so far.
It was 70 degrees today so I washed it.

The dim headlights are LED and very good. The high beams are not LED and yellow looking.
I replaced the high beams with LED lights. 35.99 Shipped for the pair these are a big improvement.
