If you have some time, I'd be really interested in a couple of photos of the heat exchanger unit, and some indication of your high side running pressures when using it as an air conditioner (rejecting heat into the ground water)

i tried to get a pic of the exchanger but its packed in there its just a tube in tube coiled type with lots of insulation on it i couldent get it to show up. also i dont have a gauage set for r-410a only have a set for automotive
