June was 5 months with a $8.29 power bill and July will be six months with $8.29 power bill.
We have made 702 kwh so far this month we are @ -261 kwh.
We have -2,513 kwh banked so far for the winter. This year might be my netzero year.
I just don’t mind getting power bills like this one.

(Keep in mind we used more power that the bill says because we use the solar power first then pump extra back to the grid. we made 1,995 kwh )

That covers almost all my car gasoline on top of all this.

If you look at my usage(only Green color) in the summer months in 14 compared to 13 you can see how well my Mini Splits are doing. They are really saving a lot of power.

2014 March, April, May, June the only difference from last year is HVAC I am now using mini splits for my AC. We are keeping the house cooler that last year. This year 76 last year about 79.


So far this month we are @1,073 over a MW ½ way through the month. This summer has been a great solar summer.

July was another great solar month. We ended up producing 1,981 KWH just under $200 worth of power. We are carrying forward 651KWH this month.
Our total carry forward is 3,164 KWH.
This should easily cover my winter heating and Volt charging. If I add two more mini splits they should be covered also.

4.4kW array: 475kWh in July. (Slightly more than 50% of what our residence used, although my running average is still 65% solar generated)
6.0MWh in the last 12 months. :thumbup: My electric bill is down $970 compared to what it was two years ago. The sum of my electric bills for the last 12 months: $458 of which ~$90 is simply base billing rates.

6.37kW system produced 812kWh during July.

Compared to you guys, I am the laziest dude around. I installed the 4kw system 2.5 years ago and never even set up the reporting side of it. all I know is it has produced 12MWh since then.

The Enphase inverters they used on my brother's installation have the reporting function built in.

How do you know if a module is only putting out ½ what it is designed to put out?

we just hit 25 MWH we are just under a year and 1/2.

we have had solar installed a year and ½ we just hit 26 MWH elect produced. Just this year we are at 13,853 KWH we are really putting out the power.

Last year it was really raining more than it has ever rained. This year seem sunny so I guess we will see where it evens out in the years to come. We are more than pleased at this performance.

Now my natural gas and power bill combined is less that city water bill.
Last month it was $22.55 natural gas and eclectic bill combined.

When looking at the production numbers keep in mind we charge our car 2- 2 ½ to times a day. That takes about 12 KWH to charge once 24 KWH for two times 30 KWH for 2 ½ times.
