Very true. Would probably be best to heat with radiant floor heating then one of those micro boilers to run it. That would provide heat and hot water and it can throttle down to very low settings.

Yup have used those. Door sweeps are a pain for me too. Usually they start ripping at the end and working toward the hinge side. They also tend to roll on the door even if you screw it on everywhere....

Yeah they are pricey at around 1k per fixture but the payback isn't bad at under 200 watts vs 1000 watts. The led wall packs are in stock everywhere and they payback in 3 years but few will buy them....
