Default New Homeowner

Closing date is the 30th, and I've started researching diy heat pumps.
This seamed to be the place to start.

The house currently has natural gas, but I want AC anyway.
Found a 3ton water source unit for $400
Now I have to decide between vertical closed loop or an open well to well setup.
