I'm using a Step Drag with at most 200lbs down force and it seems to be working. I will add more weight a hopefully improve my rate as too slow right now. Going through limestone. If it was granite or a hard rock I wouldn't even think about it.

As for pumping grout I will use a cavity pump and use a fast flow compound to lower the viscousity.
