Default Question about Ductless Outdoor Units

Hello,

I am looking at doing my own Ductless Mini Split installation (everything but the pressure test, evacuation and lineset charge) and I had some questions for folks about linesets and the lineset ports on the outdoor units. Does Fujitsu/Mitsubishi make the outdoor units with the ports on either side? Or are the lineset ports only on one side? I am just trying to decide the best location for my outdoor unit and trying to find the "cleanest" most direct routing to my 2 indoor heads. The pros say for new construction inside the building envelope is best, exterior for retrofits. I also plan to have a floor mounted indoor unit and potentially run the linesets straight down into the basement through the subfloor but I will need to find a way to run the condensate outside to daylight. I think I have a couple good options but I wondered if the outdoor units could be ordered with the ports on the left or the right.

Thanks.
