They've got just about everything on the list including; insulating ducts, on demand water heaters, planting trees for shade, solar hot water, dual flush toilets and lots more.  I'm sure a lot of it is generalized and probably not calculated based on DIY prices (which always saves a fair amount of money).  But, its a nice baseline to look at if you are looking at trying to save money.<br />

The prototype in the picture looks fairly simple too.  I'm not sure how it deals with solids, but I'm sure thats been accounted for.<br />
