I a lot of solar hot water panels. That this year with all the cloud cover resulted in a nil investment to my heating requirement
The cold utility room was caused by air exchange unit was not compensating for the hot air being pumped out of the house. The 21 Deg. C. air was leaving and the incoming fresh air might have been lucky to enter the plenum at 0 Deg. C. As you may realize this would not be very desirable condition.
This Nilan or airxsolution looks like the thing I was thinking to build. We'll have to see how many $$$ one would need to exchange for this device. "You must always pick your battle" Buy or Build
