Just did a search, and I see you posted the link a while back as well -- oops

Well, it's in two places now, though neither are particularly easy to find unless you know exactly what you're looking for.

I have the hard copy of the book here as well. IIRC it came from the government building. If a hard copy is desired and you live south of the border, let me know and I'll see how many can be dug up.

I only offer because I have absolutely no idea if they ship to you guys in the States (the NRC site isn't specific on that detail, at least as far as I've seen).

Have you checked for a manual with "recommended maintenance" on the heat pump? Or something really basic like an equal payment plan in operation? :-))
