Noria - very small 5k btu window a/c unit

I saw this today and thought it was interesting. I doubt its really anything new, but it seems to be in a very small package (6" tall) to output 5k btu. It also doesn't mention its S/EER rating.

Thoughts?

Looks pretty cool and tiny for a single-room unit. They laid the compressor on its side to make it so short...hmmm...
