Yes that would help. I have also thought about using the axial fans from internal units (I have a load of salvaged units to 'play' with).
The PC fan solution would work but the fans can be noisy, that's why I thought about using the axial fan. The other thing to bear in mind is collecting any condensate from the radiators.
I may try something with the axial fans this summer.
