The Gree had a nut on the indoor unit was on so tight that I had to use a air impact wrench to get it off. I would bet that is just something strange with this one unit.
The LG manuals are a little better.
The Gree said tilt the unit very slightly toward to drain and the LG said just level it. But really if they were both single units the install is the same. No winner here.

I bought this line set cover twice.

I used two of these to mount the second unit. I would use these again. I made a cement pad for the first one but one would not do that again. I put these in the dirt about 3 ½ deep and bolted the AC unit to them it is not going to fall over.

vacuum hose

great worth the money.
Yellow Jacket 15012 12" •Pulls 75 micron vacuum or better on 36" hose
http://www.testequipmentdepot.com/ye...oses/15012.htm

I bought vacuum pump oil at local NAPA good way to go save on shipping.

One thing I highly recommend doing. Before connecting up the vacuum pump I ran it with just the hose you are going to use to vacuum. If you can’t pull a deep vacuum on just the hose and ball valve then you will never pull a vacuum on the system. This allows you to trust your equipment.

I hope this will help someone else that wants to do their own install.
