Here are the data I'm manually collecting everyday and graphing in OpenOffice :
- The raw data : Off Peak Hours, Peak Hours and total by day, graphed with the average of the last 7 points :

- The forecast for the next yearly bill (HC = OffPeak / HP = PeakHours) :

- And once a week I graph the consumption (by day) vs the production (by week) :

Last week was particularly sunny
I don't think it's necessary to collect everyday consumption. As a lot have monthly bills this frequency may be interesting.
Peak and off peak are to be present. Also PV/wind/... production could be interesting, at both inverter and meter counters.
To be complete, other energy sources (natural gas, wood...) should be present too.
As the car is described on EM.com, the house should be described on ER.org with parameters such as :
- surface,
- number of rooms, of people,
- main and second energy source for heating air/water, cooking...
- list of ecorenovations done/to be done
Denis.
