Basic Water Savings Tips: The Shower Timer

by Benjamin Jones on November 21, 2008

EcoRenovator forum user Ben Nelson recently made this short, compact video offering his own personal tip on how to save water in the shower by using an egg timer. It’s rather elementary, but it’s a good video and easy to do, so it may be good for many of us to pass on to our less conservation-minded friends. Enjoy!

Or if you like you could connect that timer to a switch turning off the hot water, leaving you with only cold water after 7-9 minutes. :P Would get me out of the shower in no time!
